I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean and equipped with essential amenities, were on the smaller side and not very impressive. The service was hit-or-miss, with helpful staff but some inconsistencies in pricing. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, but the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.

The rooms were small and clean, with amenities like AC and a shower. However, they were not very spacious and had a small TV that I didn't bother using. There was also an open vent that allowed Mosquitos in, which was a downside.

The staff was generally helpful and kind, but I encountered some issues with pricing, such as being asked for a higher amount for services. They were quick to assist with various needs like room service and laundry.

The hotel's location was a plus as it was a short walk to the ferry for Nusa Penida and close to the harbor for island trips. It was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
